Click on the Settings Charm and then select Control Panel.
Click Network and Internet, then select Network and Sharing Center. (If you are viewing the Control Panel using icons, you can select Network and Sharing Center directly.)
Under Change your networking settings, choose Set up a new wireless connection
Select Manually connect to a wireless network and click Next
Enter following data, as shown in the image below, then click Next:
You will see a window that says Successfully added EGRPSWireless (shown below). Do not close this window yet. Click Change connection settings:
In the EGRPSWireless Wireless Network Properties window (shown below), select the Security tab:
In the drop-down menu for Choose a network authentication method, select Microsoft: Protected EAP (PEAP).
If you do not wish to enter your password each time you connect, check the box next to Remember my credentials for this connection each time I'm logged on.
Click the Settings button next to the Microsoft: Protected EAP (PEAP) drop-down box.
In the Protected EAP Properties window (shown below), uncheck the Verify the server's identity by validating the certificate box.
Make sure the box next to Enable Fast Reconnect is checked.
Under Select Authentication Method, select Secured password (EAP-MSCHAP v2), and click the Configure... button.
Uncheck Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any), and click OK:
Click OK, to close the Protected EAP Properties window, and return to the EGRPSWireless Wireless Network Properties window.
Click the Advanced settings button.
In the 802.1X settings tab, check the box next to Specify authentication mode and select User authentication from the drop-down menu:
Click OK to close the Advanced settings window, and click OK again to close the EGRPSWireless Wireless Network Properties window
To connect to EGRPSWireless, point your mouse (or finger if you have a touchscreen) to the upper right corner of the screen to open the Charms menu and select the Settings charm
Click on the wireless icon that says Available and select EGRPSWireless
You should now be connected to EGRPSWireless.
It may be necessary to turn your WiFi connection off and back on in order to connect the first time.
Make sure you have installed all available driver updates and
patches for Windows and your wireless device (check the wireless card
manufacturer's website for the most current driver updates).
