The athletic program of East Grand Rapids
Public Schools is an integral part of the educational process.
Our philosophy is to encourage individuals to participate
in interscholastic competition that contributes to an enhanced
level of physical fitness, strategic thinking, situational
analysis, and interpersonal skill. This objective is accomplished
in the team environment that rewards discipline, loyalty,
and fair play.
