Welcome Back!

I know that most of you can barely contain your excitement now that the school year has resumed, and that's OK. However, as the new year begins, much like a lumbering locomotive pulling from the station, bear in mind that it does not take long to build speed and momentum. Through the journey that awaits, there will be both opposition and fulfillment, success and failure - that is what it is to travel. I know I'll enjoy the trip, and like all of us, be glad when we reach our destination on the other side of the school year. Until then, I advise you to make the most of the scenery - otherwise, it can be a long way to the last stop.

Yes, I know the analogy was pretty sappy, but it works. I'd like to tell you all that they're going to get better, but that probably isn't the case. I'm looking forward to working with you all through a great year!
