94 - 100 = A 74 - 75 = C- 92 - 93 = A- 72 - 73 = D+ 90 - 91 = B+ 67 - 71 = D 85 - 89 = B 65 - 66 = D- 83 - 84 = B- 64 = E 81 - 82 = C + 76 - 80 = C
GRADING POLICY
Grades will be based on the point system.
Points are given for tests, quizzes, homework, projects and class participation.
Test dates are posed on the side board several days in advance
Nightly homework is on line.
Homework Policy
Homework is extremely important.
It will be checked off at the very beginning of the hour and will not be accepted once class has begun.
Homework is due the next school day after it is assigned. Late work will not be accepted.
Absences
It is the responsibility of the student to hand in the homework and/or make up a test after being absent. An absence due to School Business is the responsibility of the student. Please turn in assigned work prior to departure. Work turned in the next day will be considered late. If you are present at school but missing from class on a test date, it is your responsibility to check with me and make it up that very same day.
Unexcused absence: 20 pts will be subtracted from the student’s grade for any unexcused absence.
Unexcused tardies; points will also be subtracted.
