CLP Survey Results
The surveys provided insights into just how stretched our parents, students, and staff are during this challenging time. All groups are clearly doing their best to balance significant demands and unique personal circumstances. The District appreciates our parents/guardians for the support they are providing their children, our staff for going above and beyond to provide meaningful learning opportunities, and our students for their flexibility, resilience, and engagement in the CLP.
Survey response rates were positive with 87% of professional staff completing the Staff Survey, 41% of 4th-12th grade students completing the Student Survey, and parents/guardians completing the Parent/Guardian Survey on behalf of 933 students (34% of the student body). In addition, parent/guardian overall satisfaction rates at all grade levels ranged from 92% to 95% satisfied or somewhat satisfied with the CLP for their children. The data gathered from the surveys provided important insights into the preferences, needs, and circumstances of our families, students, and staff. The data has been shared with the Teacher’s Association Executive Board and our building administrators. Each group will work with our professional staff to implement CLP adjustments for the remaining three weeks of school. Furthermore, it is possible that variations of remote learning may need to be in place at some point during the 2020-2021 school year. Information from the CLP surveys is invaluable as we develop plans for the future.
