The following information is regarding the voluntary and encouraged Engage 1:1 program and our District-Provided Devices option for students at the middle school and high school. As part of the Engage 1:1 program we offer an option for families to secure a District-Provided Device. Students accepted into this district-provided option will be provided with a district-owned device to use during the 2019-2020 school year.

Families new to the school district after the June 18, 2019 application deadline should contact Mr. Doug Jenkins, Director of Technology and Assessment at djenkins@egrps.org regarding the application process.

If a student application is accepted our goal is that they will receive their district-provided device prior to the beginning of the school year, typically during the month of August. Prior to receiving the device both the student and the parent will be asked to sign an agreement regarding responsibilities and submit a $50 deposit. The district is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the devices throughout the school year.
