- Microsoft Security Essentials is a free anti-virus and anti-spyware program. It is recommended for home computers running Windows.
- Best Free Anti Virus Software is a website that reviews anti-virus software and has links to download locations. Includes Avira, AVG and Panda and others.
- Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) is a computer application that finds and removes malware. To get the free version, click the "Download now" button. This may take you to another site, where you may need to click another Download button or link.
- SUPERAntiSpyware - To get the free version, click on the "Download SUPERAntiSpyware FREE Edition" link.
- SpyBot - Search & Destroy - Scroll down to the "Download" section, click on Spybot - Search & Destroy, then click on any of the "Download here" (#1, #2 or #3) buttons.
