Research and Evaluation

East Grand Rapids Public Schools administers a survey regarding alcohol and drug use to the students at East Grand Rapids Middle School and High School. The Michigan Profile for Healthy Youth survey is given at school, online, and anonymously. No individual student answers are read and results are reported as totals. No individual or class reports are created. Participation in the survey is completely voluntary. Students are not required to participate or answer every question asked.

The Michigan Profile for Healthy Youth survey results help increase our school district's knowledge about attitudes and behaviors related to youth issues, particularly drugs and alcohol. Results from these surveys may be found below.
