The City of East Grand Rapids and East Grand Rapids Public Schools are jointly exploring a shared parking solution for the community of East Grand Rapids. Updates will be added to this page as they are available.
Community Engagement Sessions
Please join us at one of the following community engagement sessions to learn more about the parking project. All sessions will be held at the EGRHS Little Auditorium from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Guests may enter at Door #1 (main entrance) or Door #35 (Bagley lot).
- Wednesday, May 27, 2026 - Background information, other parking options studied, and why Bagley
- Tuesday, June 23, 2026 - How a Bagley parking structure might look and operate
- Wednesday, July 22, 2026 - Design overview, finances, and process ahead
Each session will allow for the submission of written comment cards to provide input and feedback related to the potential project.
Presentation materials will be posted following each meeting.
